  Great service came here after eating dinner and before going to the movies , about two weeks ago ? Review is over due . But my coworker recommended the black tie . It was delicious ! Everyone was so nice and you actually feel welcome . I didn't get to try their pastries since everything was basically gone , safe to say they are delicious also ?! You can really taste the difference in coffee . My son had the mocha javiva ( I think that's what it's called ) and he keeps asking if we can go back soon ! Definitely will and I recommend this location .

  Drive here from Woodland Hills ( for other business) but had time to kill so again I did my shopping in the So Bay.  So disappointed in this Pete's . The bathrooms were both filthy . They are Transgendered now so expect pubic hairs & pee all over the toilet seat, front of toilet & floor because that's just what happens when you've got guys playing  pee pong with their stream . Did not buy any food just whole beans to go. GROSS! Won't be coming back here ever again .

  Still the best coffee chain. Great service, amazing atmosphere, and funny people.
  
  Parking/Location:
  Next to Whole Foods & same plaza as 24-Hr Fitness. Can be tricky, because this plaza is always busy.
  
  Cashier/Atmosphere:
  Everyone is always very lively, given that I normally go between 7-10am or in the afternoon. Cashiers answer any questions & the people there are super funny/friendly (random strangers). Maybe it's just this location, but I always come back!
  
  Lots of tables/seats inside & a small patio outside.
  
  Coffee:
  1. Cold brew fog- Chicory mixed w/ Baridi blended coffee. Can't beat a cold brew w/ some flowers or fiber!
  2. Mocha - Feeling chocolate wasted...? :)
  
  Yes, for a morning blend of happiness. No, for free WiFi (~1-HR).

  In a city full of Starbucks and Coffee Beans, it's so nice to have a pleasant alternative with quality coffee and tea. The tea is always strong, and the pastries are delicious.
  The employees here are always friendly. They don't treat me like a nuisance or try to sell me extra items.

  Customer service is always great and the wait is never too long. The black tie is seriously so good!
